This User Agreement (“Terms and Conditions”) applies to your access to and use of Tipmon’s websites, mobile apps, and any other online products and services provided by Tipmon (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Platform.

Eligibility and Your Access to the Platform

Tipmon is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using our Platform, you confirm that:

If we become aware that an account holder is under 18, we reserve the right to delete the account immediately.

Your Tipmon Account

Non-Registered Users

Without an account, you can:

  • Browse the profiles of Tipsters available on the Platform.
  • View details of each Tipster.
  • Access all tips shared by Tipsters.

Registered Users

To unlock additional features, you must sign up and verify your email address. Registered users can:

  • Share tips with the community.
  • Report content or user behavior that violates these Terms.

No Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users

Tipmon is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful community. We do not tolerate any content or behavior that is abusive, offensive, or harmful. By using the Platform, you agree to respect all users and avoid any activity that may be considered abusive or objectionable.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

You agree not to share, post, or engage in:

  • Inappropriate Content: Offensive, obscene, or graphic material, including nudity, violence, or hate speech.
  • Underage Involvement: Any accounts or content involving users under 18. Tipmon is strictly for users 18 and older, and underage accounts are prohibited.
